The system is (a) unable to authenticate your identity through the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles or (b) unable to successfully associate you with the case listed. You must (a) authenticate your identity or (b) successfully demonstrate association to the case with the Clerk of Superior Court prior to accessing any court documents.

  • Please follow the steps listed below to identify any incorrect or missing information:
    • Verify you have entered your name as it appears on your driver's license.
    • Verify you have entered your driver's license number correctly.
    • Select "Register Me" again.


    If you have verified the entire registration form is accurate and you continue to receive this message, authenticate your identity or demonstrate association to the case by following ONE of the steps below:

    1. Email the completed registration page along with a clear copy of your photo ID (i.e. driver's license) to the Maricopa County Clerk of Superior Court to eFilesupport@cosc.maricopa.gov;
    2. Or,

    3. Fax the completed registration page along with a clear copy of your photo ID (i.e. driver's license) to the Maricopa County Clerk of Superior Court at: (602) 372-8751: Attn: ECR Support;
    4. Or,

    5. Validate your identity in person at one of these locations:
      • Central Court Complex
      • Northeast Regional Center
      • Northwest Regional Center
      • S.E. Regional Facility
      • Please bring all required documentation with you. A deputy clerk will verify your identity at the counter and forward your information to the ECR unit for processing. Click here for addresses;

      Or,

    6. If you are Court Appointed please show association to the case by faxing or emailing a copy of the appointment order as well as a completed Electronic Access Memorandum of Understanding (see link below), in addition to the registration page and photo ID (i.e. driver’s license).

  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration when your request has been processed.
  • For assistance with obtaining ECR Online access to electronic court documents, call (602)37-CLERK, or (602)372-5375 to speak with an ECR clerk. Your identity cannot be validated over the phone.
